Stairs to every floor. Tell us about any mobility needs before you book and we will match you to a suitable room.
What we can confirm today
- Assistance dogs are welcome. The house rules say we do not accept animals; that rule does not apply to a registered assistance dog. You do not need permission, though telling us in advance helps us prepare the room.
- Reception is staffed around the clock, so there is always someone to ask for help, whatever time you arrive.
- Check-in — From 15:00. Tell us your arrival time and we will have someone ready to meet you.
What this building cannot do
A plain answer is more use to you than a hopeful one, so unless we have told you otherwise in writing:
| Entrance | There are steps up to the front door. Tell us before you arrive and we will meet you and help with your luggage. |
| Ground-floor rooms | Every bedroom is reached by stairs. |
| Bathrooms | No bathroom is adapted — there are no grab rails and no shower seat. |
| Doorways | Bedroom doorways are not wide enough for a wheelchair. |
| Hearing and vision | There are no visual or vibrating fire alarms, and no hearing loop at reception. |
If any of this rules us out for you, please tell us before you book rather than after. We would rather lose the booking than have you arrive at a building you cannot use.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on the booking site: it works with a keyboard alone, the text can be enlarged in your browser without breaking the layout, form fields are labelled, and colour is never the only way information is given.
